What Do Movies Mean to You?

Growing up in front of the television, film has come to mean a great deal to me.

I always joke that I am never able to get emotional about things that actually matter, but show me a sad movie and I’m a goner. Many of my favorite life experiences are centered around film or filmmaking; whether that’s good or not is irrelevant. It’s the truth.

I decided to wander around my office one day and find out if I was the only one who has been so affected by them. These were the responses I came across.

Whether we like it or not, film and storytelling have a major impact on us and our culture. How have they impacted you?
