How To Be the King of Improvisation

I’m always amazed how creative and innovative these comedians and actors are! What better way to cheer one up with a bit of good ol’ Whose Line is it Anyway?

Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie are kings of improv and I don’t understand how their creative juices don’t ever seem to dry up.

Pay close attention to the way they:

    • listen and react to one another
    • go along with the input the other character is giving
    • add actions to their improv instead of just talking
    • they put energy and imagination into it

It’s never a waste to practise a little improv to get better at listening and reacting, instead of going into the scene with an agenda. That being said, enjoy and learn, fellow actors!
