Change Is Not Bad – Recognise It In The Industry

This TED talk by film producer Frank Smith is extremely helpful and informative, reminding us of the necessity to be innovative and welcome the change in the film industry instead of fearing it. His approach is realistic and easy to follow.

He explains how the film industry changed over the years up to this point, and emphasizes the importance of identifying the change and planning accordingly. Change is inevitable, in any industry and in life, and therefore we need to adapt to it, even if it’s risky.

Change is hard and making decisions is not necessarily easy, but it will be worth it in the end. Even though the film industry is a first and foremost creative field, an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial.
