See How The Camera Is The Best Narrator

I found this video clip by CineFix extremely helpful and hope this will be helpful filmmaking advice for you too.

In it, the narrator shows us the genius ways in which the camera itself can be a storyteller, not just the actors. The camera movements can move the story too, evoke certain feelings in the audience, draw the attention to specific elements, and give clues to further the story.

Five specific movements from films are used to illustrate the effectiveness and importance of camera movement, so have a look to see if you can think of innovative ways to use camera movements for your next short film.
