A Behind The Scenes Look At Movies Without CGI

Want to know how to make movies awesome using CGI? Then watch Screen Rant’s 10 Movies That Look Nothing Like You’d Expect Before CGI.

Not only does it give you a great glimpse of how CGI was done in these popular films, but it gives you an idea of how to do it for your films too. Some of what they do isn’t actually all that difficult to reproduce, even on a tiny budget film.

Before watching this, CGI scared this independent filmmaker. I avoid it like the plague, thinking it’s too complicated and techy for my brain to comprehend. But I found a lot of this video actually helped me put CGI into perspective and simplified it too.

Watch it! I hope it encourages you to dabble with CGI for your projects, to get creative and innovative and ultimately help you make your movie awesome!
