Not only does it give you a great glimpse of how CGI was done in these popular films, but it gives you an idea of how to do it for your films too. Some of what they do isn’t actually all that difficult to reproduce, even on a tiny budget film.

Before watching this, CGI scared this independent filmmaker. I avoid it like the plague, thinking it’s too complicated and techy for my brain to comprehend. But I found a lot of this video actually helped me put CGI into perspective and simplified it too.
