What Do You Do When You’ve Lost Your Creativity?

If you’re a creative, I’m sure you’ve entered a complete uninspired stage where creating new things is a hard slog. If you’re an independent filmmaker, actor, vlogger, or writer, I’m sure you’ve experienced some blockages, like what should my next film be about? How do I improve my acting skills? What content should I be putting out there and how do I write a captivating story?

I love being a creative but a lot of the times I find myself having creative bursts, then transitioning into a phase of absolutely nothing. That’s when I feel lost and my sense of purpose diminishes. So what is it that helps the creative juices flowing and into creating good work again?

I found this really inspiring video that gives great advice on how to stay creative when you’re a creative.

It’s all in the mindset, how you think and what you think is super important. It’s good to challenge your brain with new and exciting concepts. Learning is a key part to keeping in touch with your creative side.
