How to Find Your Singing Voice

There is hope for those of you who are insecure about your singing voice, watch Felicia Ricci give inspiration.

Even if you don’t intend to sing in front of anyone, it is good for actors to still train their voice. Felicia sums up her advice in three categories:

  • awareness of natural variations in your voice in different circumstances.
  • imitation of role-models, using it as inspiration in order to translate it to yourself.
  • experiment without fear of looking dumb.

Felicia Ricci is relatable in her approach, which makes it easier to learn. I’m amazed by her generosity in sharing advice in countless videos.

Don’t be afraid to look dumb and experiment. You’ve probably heard the quote “The magic happens outside of your comfort zone.” So be tenacious and try out new things.
