Popular movies have given us a myriad of X-Men films; some better than others. The Gifted follows a family with two children who are mutants and a father who locks mutants up. There’s a recipe for disaster if I ever heard one.
It takes place in that same universe as the X-Men, however with all the twisted timelines within their own film continuity, who knows what path it will take. Suffice to say, the X-Men fan community will have to wait to pass judgement until it premieres at the end of 2017.
