“Save the Cat” by Blake Snyder has ten genres that make up the plot of all popular movies. In this series, I go into each of those genres and explain the basics of what the story may look like.

Superhero stories can be about a superhero, like those of Marvel and DC, but it can also be “the people’s hero” as well. These can be a real life superhero, a storybook superhero, a fantasy superhero, a people’s superhero, and a comic book superhero. Who are your favorite tenacious superheroes in each of those categories?
